From the Las Vegas Customer Authority: December 2024 Las Vegas Customer Statistics

Closing out the 12 months with Dec visitation of three.4M guests (+0.2% YoY), Las Vegas hosted approx.
41.7M guests for the 12 months, up 2.1% from final 12 months’s 40.8M guests
.

With a powerful December to finish the 12 months, Las Vegas conference attendance reached roughly 6.0M
for the 12 months, matching final 12 months’s tally.

December occupancy reached 81.9%, up 2.0 pts with ADR and RevPAR seeing YoY will increase of
+3.7% and +6.3% respectively. For the 12 months, Lodge occupancy landed at 83.6%, simply forward of final
12 months (up 0.1 pts) with annual Weekend occupancy of 90.8% (up 0.1 pts) and annual Midweek
occupancy of 80.4%, additionally up 0.1 pts. Annual ADR reached $193 (+1.0% YoY) with annual RevPAR
of $161 (+1.1% YoY).

The primary graph reveals customer visitors for 2019 (Black), 2020 (darkish blue), 2021 (mild blue), 2022 (mild orange), 2023 (darkish orange) and 2024 (crimson).

Customer visitors was up 0.2% in comparison with final December.  Customer visitors was down 3.2% in comparison with December 2019.

Annual customer visitors was down 2.0% in comparison with 2019.

The second graph reveals conference visitors.

Conference visitors was up 42.7% in comparison with December 2023, and down 9.1% in comparison with December 2019.
