Ottawa Tourism has introduced a groundbreaking partnership with La Tablée des Cooks, a corporation devoted to recovering surplus meals for redistribution to group organizations aiding these in want.
As a part of Ottawa’s Vacation spot Stewardship Plan, led by Ottawa Tourism and supported by a number of group companions, this initiative goals to raise sustainability and social accountability inside the tourism trade. Ottawa Tourism is addressing meals insecurity by facilitating collaboration between hospitality companions and La Tablée des Cooks.
With eight hospitality companions throughout the Nationwide Capital Area concerned, Ottawa Tourism seeks to lift consciousness about meals waste restoration and the vital challenge of meals insecurity in our communities.
