From the MBA: Mortgage Delinquencies Improve within the Second Quarter of 2024

The delinquency fee for mortgage loans on one-to-four-unit residential properties elevated to a seasonally adjusted fee of three.97 % of all loans excellent on the finish of the second quarter of 2024, in accordance with the Mortgage Bankers Affiliation’s (MBA) Nationwide Delinquency Survey.
