As of April, 9 states and D.C. have been beneath their earlier peaks, Seasonally Adjusted. The most important seasonally adjusted declines from the current peak have been in Idaho (-2.1%), Hawaii (-1.4%), Utah (-1.1%), and D.C. (-1.1%).

For cities (Core-based Statistical Areas, CBSA), listed here are the 30 cities with the biggest declines from the height, seasonally adjusted. Austin continues to be the worst performing metropolis.
