Male Amazon river dolphins have been documented rolling the wrong way up and firing a stream of urine into the air. As if that isn’t weird sufficient, different males will normally hunt down the urine because it arcs again right down to the water, probably to obtain social cues in the same approach to how land mammals use scent marking.
