Kuzey Esener is ready to tackle the position of Director of Communications at TUI Cruises in Hamburg beginning August 1, 2024. At the moment serving because the Head of Media Relations at TUI Group, Esener oversees press and PR actions associated to financial and monetary issues, technique, mergers and acquisitions, in addition to broader matters together with sustainability, human sources, and IT on the Group’s headquarters.
In his new place, Esener will keep ties with TUI Group whereas transitioning to the Hamburg-based three way partnership. TUI Cruises, a profitable collaboration between TUI and Royal Caribbean with every holding a 50 p.c stake, operates a number of fleets beneath its umbrella. These embrace the Mein Schiff fleet, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises that includes luxurious vessels like MS EUROPA and MS EUROPA 2, and the expedition ships of the HANSEATIC Class.
In his new position, Kuzey Esener will report back to Wybcke Meier, CEO of TUI Cruises GmbH.

Kuzey Esener’s successor at TUI Group headquarters might be introduced in the end earlier than August 1.
